All our spices and Bourbon vanilla are sourced directly from Madagascar. We work closely with local farmer cooperatives in the Madagascar Region for vanilla and the East Coast for other spices (cloves, pepper).

Absolutely. As a direct producer and exporter, we control every step from harvest to export. Each batch is fully documented, allowing you to trace your products back to their precise origin region.

What vanilla varieties do you offer?

We specialize in Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia). We offer various grades: Gourmet Black (non-split), TK, Europe Red, and US Red (extraction), as well as natural vanilla powder.

How do you ensure the quality of your spices?

Each batch undergoes rigorous manual sorting. We conduct laboratory tests to verify moisture content, vanillin levels (for vanilla), and the absence of contaminants according to international standards.

What are the shipping times to Europe or the USA?

Lead times depend on the transport method. For air freight, expect between 5 and 7 working days. For sea freight (more economical for bulk), plan for 3 to 5 weeks depending on the final destination port.

Do you offer specific incoterms (FOB, CIF...)?

Answer

Yes, we are highly flexible and usually operate under FOB (Free On Board - Port of Toamasina or Antananarivo Airport) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) incoterms according to your logistics preferences.

Do you handle export customs formalities?

Yes, we manage all formalities in Madagascar: one-stop shop and customs. Customs clearance upon arrival remains the importer's responsibility.

What type of packaging do you use for export?

Answer

Vanilla is packed in waxed cardboard boxes depending on the grade. Spices are packed in 25kg or 50kg PP bags, or multilayer kraft bags, protected to preserve all their aroma.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Answer

The B2B Minimum Order Quantity varies by product. For vanilla, the typical MOQ is 10 kg. For bulk spices like cloves or black pepper, the MOQ is 100 kg. Please contact us for custom orders.
