Vanilla Powder from Madagascar
Our vanilla powder is obtained by grinding Bourbon vanilla pods (Vanilla planifolia) from Madagascar, the world reference in vanilla. Each gram concentrates the intense aroma of several pods.
Artisanal Production
The pods are cured for 8 to 12 months following the traditional Malagasy process, then dried and finely ground. This long process develops over 200 aromatic compounds, including vanillin.
